The inside edge of the boundary line, whether the boundary line is 2" wide or 3' wide, separates the court and the OOB area. If the bounced or dribbled ball hits this line and touches inbounds, the thrower has violated. It's pretty impossible for a ball to it this line and not hit inbounds as well.

Just want to be clear on this OOB line issue.
In NF rules the 2" wide end lines and sidelines are OOB.
In order to violate the thrower must be touching the court inside the line.

The actual line is the inside edge of the boundary line that separates the court from OOB. It doesn't matter if the boundary lines themselves are 2" wide of 5' wide. The OOB area begins at the inside edge of the boundary line. It's practically impossible to bounce a ball on this inside edge and not touch the floor inbounds.
