Equipment/Apparel

Does anyone know the place in the DC area to go for equipment/apparel? I can't even find a Fox40 whistle at my local Dick's Sporting Goods.

Thanks in advance.

There may be a few retailers that handle these items, but almost all of us order our stuff from on-line retailers. This is a start of a list; I'm sure people will chime in with more:

www.honigs.com
www.purchaseofficials.com
www.officialschoice.com
www.pluspos.com

If you're needing a Fox40 and can't wait, I've seen them at Wal-Mart....might check there.

Give Rex a call at Between the Lines officials gear.

Hes great to work with, I called him one time needing a new hat to wear under my face mask and he had it to me the next day at only a small additional charge.

My thoughts exactly! Rex is an official who understands officials! He gets it done the right way and "cares" about his clients! Service is always "above and beyond!"

No, Woddy(aka Mr. Equipment) was the male lead. I won a Jeremy for that role at the Awards ceremony.

Thanks for your help all. I need one last minute for a church game in the morning. I think I found a sporting goods store in the area that sells 'em.

As far as apparel goes, what's the norm these days? Is it V-neck with smitty?

Certainly a V-neck! As far as the lanyard, totally up to the user.

Don't you mean 'Mr. Annoying Equipment Guy'?
