He's a big boy, he wanted to play, this kinda crap happens. By rule that type of incidental contact is to be ignored unless intentional or flagrant, this (in my opinion) isn't. Get him some ice, take him to the doctor tomorrow, whine about it with the other psycho fans. Leave the cops alone to catch the real criminals, not the ones who set up late nights, writeing by candle light, looking at the moon and laughing with their best Dr. Evil cackle, plotting their revenge in the next Catholic school basketball game because of a "previous incident."
