1) Please use the quote button so we know WTF you are talking about.

2) I disagree with your proposed change. Using the arrow on an inadvertant whistle when there is team control but no player control would be a disadvantage to the "offense."

No change to the definition of POI to use the arrow when there's team control but no player control. Then, if you have an IW (or double foul) during a pass, you have to go with the arrow. Or, if you have an IW during an interrupted dribble, you have to go to the arrow. It works fine the way it is. The fewer times I use the arrow, the better.
