Some questions, just out of curiosity:

Are you emailing your assignor these detailed incidents just because (being proactive, in case something gets back to assignor), or because you're instructed to?

Is part of the reason for doing this because officials rate the officials, which carries some degree of weight?

Is this so your assignor has the pertinent citations handy for when he/she writes back to the coach? (Basically, does assignor do this?)

Again, just curious.
