I never saw this play before.

Point guard dribbled to midcourt and picked up the ball.
Right foot in Front Court. Arch of Left foot on division line (Toe in FC. Heel in BC).
Point guard started to pass by striding with right foot and lifted her left heel and arch off the line.
Point guard decided not to pass and lowered Left heel to original position.

I never had this exact play, but I had something similar. On a throw in from near mid court, a player in the front court was moving towards the back court. When she received the ball, she was on one foot in the front court. The other foot came down and barely grazed the midcourt line.
