I tend to agree. We usually don't warn players in a game, "Next time you hit the shooter in the arm, that's a foul!" A clear rule of bench conduct has been violated when the players stood to criticize the ref. I'd have a 'T' the first time.

That just might be even more reason not to have waited so long. If they think you're indecisive because you're young you could have very long night. Follow through. You warned them and they ignored it. Whack!
