What do kittens and puppies have to do with my response to the original question?

I use a Dell Axim as well and think it's great. I also use it for work quite extensivly. It's a Windows based OS and syncs up well with Outlook.

1) Please refer to Rainmaker's previous response in this thread.
2) Then get Daryl, or someone else with a sense of humor, to explain the correlation to you.:D

I've been using a Palm Zire 72 that I bought off CompUSA's auctions on ebay. I also have the mp3 thing going and a baseball scorekeeper program for my other sideline as a coach and interested parent.

I carry and Apple IIGS and a generator. It allows me to play Karatika and Dr. J vs. Larry Bird on the way home. Actually I keep my whole life on a Palm Tungsten E2. I got it at a decent price on overstock.com (I got an open box model). I like it alot. It has more bells and whistles I don't use, but I have something to play with on the way home from games when I'm not driving.

I did not read Rainmaker's original post until just now and I still don't see where her post has anything to do with mine. It is not a matter of whether I have a sense of humor or not (I do have a sense of humor, just ask anyone), her comments about kittens and puppies have nothing to do with my post.

Subtle, dry irony. I like that style of humor, Mark! Gave me a good laugh.

sony clie/assignment secretary!!

:p I jott everything on my palm... of my hand. j/k I have a sony clie and I love it, mp3 player, games,... syncs with a variety of outlook type whatchamacallits. It also has picture and movie capabilities so not only can I have pictures of cute little puppies and kittens, but movies of them as well!
anyway, I once found this assignment secretary that I bought off a website for a few bucks, it was on my desktop then it would hotsync to the clie and keep track of EVERYTHING, mileage, partners, locations etc., (more than i could fit on the palm of my hand). then I had to reset my clie and lost my registration code so I don't have it anymore. If I find the number to call they can look up my purchase though. they were very helpful.

I've had a Palm T|X for a couple of months now, and really liked it. Until yesterday.

Yesterday I bought a new, bluetooth enabled, Sanyo Kitana phone. The T|X is supposed to be able to use the phone a couple of ways. The one I was most interested in was the ability to dial the phone directly from the Palm's contact list, so I don't have to keep two phone lists up to date.

However, beginning with the LifeDrive and T|X Palm has very kindly removed support for CDMA phones. They only supports GSM phones. The best explaination I've found is that they are trying to drive people to the Treo phone.

I'm ready to sell my Palm now and get a different PDA from a company less likely to make stupid decesions.

Replaced it with a HP ipaq rx3115. I don't like it. I really don't need a hand held pc. It's just too much.

I've thought of getting a "smart" phone but I like my old motorola flip and I'm concerned of the "too much" aspect.

I'm about to go on ebay to buy another m130 and thought of asking you guys if you can convince me that there's a better solution for keeping a schedule digitally.

I use the piece of junk Treo phone. I used to have the palm and I had my cell phone. combined the two with treo. And now I have the treo with my old phone as a backup BECAUSE THE TREO IS A PIECE OF #$%*. Now, I will say I can get my email on the treo and that is helpful. Thanks for letting me vent.
