Wait a minute.... No one said anything about reading.... Californians are starting to get smarter, this manual comes only with pictures! Had this "Guide" any writing, then there would have had to been several written.... One in English and one for each of the Non-English speaking communities!

Hey I think I just figured it out, the dumbest drivers are also the worst coaches. I knew there couldn't be THAT many stupid people in this world. they're one and the same.
anybody listen to country comedian Bill Engvall?
Heeere's your sign.

I don't think CA drivers are all that bad. For my money
the meanest, nastiest, most-likely-to-cut-you-off-and-
give-you-the-finger-and-laugh-at-you-as-you-drive-into-the-
ditch are to be found in Massachussets, paticularly in the
Boston area.

We here in the northeast don't call them "M*ssholes" for nothing.

Of course, it's not too hard to drive into a ditch in Boston, now that the Big Dig has been going on for, oh, twenty years or so.

Absolutely! On a side note, there are probably more bodies in/under the Big Dig than in NYC's East River.
