Daryl Long and I officiated three games in the Ohio Special Olympics State Playoffs today. We both have been officiating Special Olympics for close to twenty years and each of us have had the pleasure of officiating numerous State Title games. Today, in our third game, we had a first. A technical foul for unsportsmanlike conduct charged to a head coach. Daryl got him as he was walking off the court at the end of the second quarter; and then I got him with finve minutes left in the game. We had never had this happen before in all of our years of officiating Special Olympics.

I worked the Special Olympics once and I applaud your long term commitment to it.
