to have the Ruleboks available in PDF format?

Personally, I'd love it if the NFHS would do this for us. Last season, I scanned my football books myself and slapped em on my laptop. I wish they were available that way.

While their at it, make an index and table of contents pages that are useful for finding ****. haha
