Boys JV game last night, rough game. Lots of fouls. 2nd half I call a PC foul on the home team's big guy when he puts a shoulder in his defender to clear space. Obvious call, no big deal. As I'm heading past the home bench I have the following exchange:
Coach: "Hey, Ray" Me: "Yeah, Coach?" Coach: "Good call." Me: "Thanks, Coach." All I can figure is that it must've been one of those "I've been telling him all year that somebody's gonna call that" kind of deals.

This past summer, I called a PC on a kid going through the lane who threw a quick elbow. Coach asked what the call was. Told him the kid threw an elbow. Sub in.
2 nights ago watching a game where this kid is playing. He drives baseline. TWEET. PC. The kid threw an elbow. Different coach. He stayed in.
