Does the NCAA rulebook give you the power to toss a coach, with out giving him any technical fouls.(Any Technicals what-so-ever)

Three indirects would be an ejection for the coach.

You mean, like the coach throws a chair half-way across the court?

Sure...1 Flagrant Technical Foul equals ejection.
(Even if the coach was a perfect angel before that)

I don't see WHY you would want to do that, but no you cannot eject a coach without calling some type of technical foul(s).

I have once tossed a coach without giving any technicals during a Vegas summer tournament. The coach wasn't NCAA certified (something about a rules test I think...) to be on the bench, so the tourney director said he couldn't "coach" but could sit behind the bench and "watch" the players. Sure enough, other coach complained that he was being problematic after outbursts, and in the 3rd quarter he was so angry at one of his players that he ran out of the stands, onto the bench, grabbed a chair and started yelling at his player shaking the chair. At that point I tossed him and gave him 30 seconds to vacate the gym or I'd forfeit the game. Other coach wanted a T, I told him that he's not a "coach" but a fan and we did everyone a service tossing the guy, other coach bought it.

So yeah, I tossed a coach without a T (though technically he wasn't even a coach to begin with). In retrospect though, we should never have even officiated that game.
