You always award 2 shots unless you have a missed attempted 3 point shot that you rule an intentional foul.

Yep - basket counts, fouled player gets two FT attempts with the lane cleared, then fouled player's team gets the ball for inbound at the spot location closest the where the foul occurred.

Evil Fiba ref comes to stirr things

In fiba it's always 2 shots (not on missed 3 like the US)

but the throw in is always at the middle line table opposit!
Scince some of you are adopting fiba rules you should know that :d
