Is the rule about a team having to have white jerseys (no grey, or "light colored" jerseys) applying to college (DI) or is it just NFHS? (And doesn't it start next season? Or is is 07-08?)

I was curious since Michigan has those gold colored jerseys as their home jersey.

NFHS. 07-08 is the year of implementation.
