I have a question about disconcertion. I witnessed this in a girls V game. A fan came out of the stands during the free throw and dove across the baseline during a free throw attempt. Is this Disconcertion even though it is not team personnel?

I don't understand this one. Does this mean a player can jump to save a ball and then jump back in to get his own save?
Yes.
