A partner this week mentioned to me that chewing gum is one of those little things that can hurt you on an evaluation. I've certainly not heard that before. Anybody else been told that?

chewing gum hurts me when it falls out by acccident, or goes down the gullet by accident, or gets stuck in the whistle by accident. Why would I risk any of that?!?

I once had a Gummy Bear mishap.

Youth league and the scorer had a bag of Gummy Bears at the table, I nabbed a couple at half time and the first time I blew my whistle it was a lot higher. Would have been fine if I was working with dogs.
