I'd say poor judgement on the officials' part. They should have rescinded the T after knowing it was a health condition that caused Penders to go down. To make a parallel, did the officials call a T on Hank Gaithers when he went down after his free throw, which wasn't the best shot? Did Frank Layden (former Utah Jazz coach, I think that was his name) get T'd up when he collapsed? So, the conference was probably right to come out and publicly say it was poor judgement.
