Thumbs down

Well I had my experience with a crazy fan last friday. At half time as my partner was checking the book before we went in the coaches office and he came down out of the stands and had some words directed to my partner. Almost came across the scoring table. I contacted game management and he was tossed. Is this game going to the dogs or what?

"The Game" is actually getting better and better. The fans are just civilo-retrograde.

Saturday night we had a 3 person crew at a local H.S.
It was a busy night for our association...so our crew did the early Frosh game in the Aux. gym and then the late Varsity game in the Main gym. (Double OT...BTW...so we had a pretty good run that night)

Anyway...regarding your post, about fan ejection.

One of my partners had a throw-in on the endline in the small Aux. gym. A group of fans (A man, woman, and two teenagers) were walking by my partner, to exit the gym, as he was preparing to administer the TI.

My partner stopped what he was doing had loudly stated, "GET OUT, AND STAY OUT, AND DON'T COME BACK AGAIN!"

You could have heard a clipboard drop, as there was a hushed silence that came over the small crowd. The red-faced gentleman fan just pointed at the official and smiled. The official held his pose for a second and then smiled...I suppose that gave them some water cooler conversation at work Monday morning.
