Observations

I am the Evaluations Chairperson for a Women's Basketball Association in the Greater Pacific Northwest. Our varsity officials are required to have 5 observations per year by paid observers.

The problem is our paid observers have a wide range of backgrounds from D1 to 2-P High School mechanics. I want to create a training manual or directions, that will bring some consistency to the evaluations process.

I am sure most of you have been confronted with this issue - so I am asking you send me any training materials you may have that covers "observations". If I have enough responses I will combine your materials into a single document and share with all that submitted. My email is [email protected].
