Common in lower levels is only one Coach.

What is the rule if the coach is ejected?

Must be an adult to supervise at the bench or game is over.

The actual ruling is up to each individual state association. The NFHS does not have a mandatory national ruling.

In NV if all of the adult coaches from a team get tossed, they forfeit the game at that point.
