I know I'm young, but I made it through this week. Worked everyday except Thursday. Two games Monday, one Tuesday, one Wednesday, two Friday, and four today. Certainly ready for a little break! Back at it Monday though. If you worked a Thanksgiving Tourney, hope you had a good one!

Atta boy....

Me: Two this weekend. Big 4 coming up this week. Anyone notice the first halves are brutal the first week? The fouls have been like 3-1 first half to second half of late. There's gotta be a basketball game in there somewhere!

I had 5 this week and 6 next week.

The first game was brutal. Double bonus both teams, both halves.

The second game was well played and we did not shoot a 1 and 1 the entire game.

The third was choppy, but not too bad.

Number four was another blood bath, team up 20 pressing, winning coach gets a T from my partner, I get a player from the losing team that started clapping when a player fouled out for the other team. The 4th quarter took at least 30 minutes to play.

Game five was two teams that will likely play in the state tournament. Hard fought and physical.

This week was a roller coaster. But I managed to not eat my way out of my pants.

You're only getting 4 fouls a game? Lucky you. I had more team control fouls than that in the first half on Tuesday.

This is one of the most fun times of the year. Basketball games going on almost every night of the week. I had 4 games this week and I will have 4 next week (two on Saturday). This is why I love basketball so much. You are inside and you can work a lot of high quality games in a short period of time. I cannot say that in the other sports I work. Gotta love this time of year.

Peace

They added 3 holiday tournament games to me this week, so now I have 2 games on Tuesday, 2 on Thursday, 3 on Friday, and 2 on Saturday.

My stretch this week is brutal as well - 6 games, 6 days in a row. The hardest part is the travel; last night I put 400 miles on the car. At least I was able to listen to the IA/NCST and the Duke/IN games on the radio on the way home.

It's fun to be back in full swing. But, I'm not sure the wife and kids will remember who I am by Sunday...

Yea, darned right - if I wasn't so tired I'd tell you to shut up.

For you, however, I'm never too tired:

Shut up.
