ncaa men's...
team a made basket, timeout...team b able to run the endline... on the throw-in, player b is fouled by player a, after touching the ball, but not gaining full control. the foul prevented the control. non-bonus, does team b run the endline, or spot? i gave spot throw, but demons are creeping in...
