Referee pants with CUFFS
usually the discussion is Beltless or not, or pleated or not.... Now i have been hearing and seeing "CUFFS OR NO CUFFS", what is the deal, who in the world has starting wearing cuffs at the bottom of their referee pants!!!! i've seen them on dress pants and such, but in some ncaa games now and seen some high school officials starting to do it too!!!! Is this a new thing that people started this summer or something???? just wondering if anyone else has noticed?????
