That's exactly why MA is not doing it. You get a JV game and sometimes the kid doesn't even know how to set the game clock.

I have the feeling there will be lots of standing around while the shot clock is reset to 30, run down to 15, which can only be done by running the game clock down as well. Then we'll have to reset the game clock! Oy!!!
Needless to say, implementing this rule in NY wasn't my idea...
