NCAA men recently changed the rule for kick balls, only resetting the shot clock to 15 seconds if it was under 15 seconds, and keeping it if the violation occured with 15 or more seconds. As the shot clock has been adopted by some states in HS, my question is, in HS do we apply the college rule, or do we continue resetting the shot clock to the full time on all kick ball violations?
