OK, anyone know where I can buy some whistles, in bulk, cheap? Don't need anything fancy. Just got a new hobby that I need a bunch for.

Try a party store or even a place like Oriental Trading. I am sure that they have something like that in bulk.

ebay had a bunch when i looked about 2 months ago.

You can get a bunch of Fox40's on ebay fairly cheap. They aren't black, mostly orange, red, etc.
