No, larceny is illegal. And basketball pays better.
In Georgia, unlike in NC (I lived in Greensboro for 4 years), we have only 1
VB offical for the match. With net fouls, back row attacks, illegal hits, line violations, illegal blocks... that's alot to see and officate. You'd have your hands full.
And ...like the college officials say - "volleyball is easy to officiate, but difficult to officate WELL".
Bktballref - my advice - stick to basketball.
