Technicals toward the 'bonus'

I am having a brain cramp. After working a number of small college games recently, I have to work a high school game tonite. Refresh me on what types of Technical Fouls go toward the bonus in HS. I am at work and have no rule books with me. Do administrative and team technicals go toward the bonus? I was thinking All T's in HS go toward but I am not sure. Fill me in. Thanks

Just to be the most nit-picky, don't count indirect technicals toward the bonus, because they are the result of a direct technical already being called.
