During Technical Foul, Intentional, or Flagrant Free throws, must the player be at the division line or just outside the threepoint arc?

Just outside the three-point line and behind the FT line extended. The same requirements for players who are not in marked lane spaces during "normal" free throws.

You simply remove the players from the lane spaces during technical, flagrant, intentional, etc. free throws. The rest of the rules don't change and still apply.
