Question

A1 getting ready to shoot free throws, when R is ready to bounce ball to A1 they are huddling and didn't break when asked!!! Team A Warning for delay recorded at scorers table...few minutes later team A scores and A2 hits ball away from Team B to keep from throwing in too quick...Which would also be another Team A delay, but for different reason... do you also give them delay for hitting ball away or is it now a Technical foul for 2nd delay even though it's not the same kind of delay????

It's not a technical foul in your situation. A technical foul is only issued after the second delay of the same kind. That's why it's important to not only have the scorer record a delay in the book, but also write down the kind of delay.

Note that knocking the ball away after a goal could be either a warning-then-T or a T directly depending on the situation.

A deflection that delays the throwin is a warning.

A bat into the 9th row is a T. (10-3-7a)

Dont confuse NBA (only one delay) with NF that has one delay for each situation

Three separate and different delay warnings. The same one must be violated twice by the same team to earn a T.

You could actually have a game in which you give SIX warnings for delay (three to each team) and never issue a T.
