A1 getting ready to shoot free throws, when R is ready to bounce ball to A1 they are huddling and didn't break when asked!!! Team A Warning for delay recorded at scorers table...few minutes later team A scores and A2 hits ball away from Team B to keep from throwing in too quick...Which would also be another Team A delay, but for different reason... do you also give them delay for hitting ball away or is it now a Technical foul for 2nd delay even though it's not the same kind of delay????

A deflection that delays the throwin is a warning. A bat into the 9th row is a T. (10-3-7a)

Three separate and different delay warnings. The same one must be violated twice by the same team to earn a T.
You could actually have a game in which you give SIX warnings for delay (three to each team) and never issue a T. |
