Alright I give up. A reference for Question #6 please.
It is an alternating-possession throw-in when the last part of a false double foul is a technical foul. I have false, but want to back up my answer.

Basketball Rules Fundamentals 12. Penalties for fouls are administered in the order in which they occur. 10-6-penalties page 67 7. In case of a false double foul or a false multiple foul, each foul carries its own penalty. RULE 4 SECTION 19 FOUL ART. 9 . . . A false double foul is a situation in which there are fouls by both teams, the second of which occurs before the clock is started following the first, and such that at least one of the attributes of a double foul is absent. As well as the penalty sections in Rule 10 which state for each technical foul that the oppenents shall receive 2FTs plus ball for division-line throw-in. |
