college rules

Hey all,
I recently got invited to work a JUCO jamboree where the assignor is looking at new officials. Is there somewhere on the web that I can look at the college rules? I know some of them from conversations with other officials and the board, but I'd like to do a little studying so I don't screw up. Thanks.
