Talking

......does it take to change a light bulb?

Best answer (I am the sole judge) wins an autographed picture of Dick Bavetta in fishnets.*

Don't even ask where I got it.

*Disclaimer: the judge reserves the right to send a substitute prize.

Lightbulbs? What does a coach need a lightbulb for?

OR

Can't be done, the coach keep sticking his finger in the socket

OR

Only 1 coach...but he needs lots of lightbulbs.

(Thank you very much, I'll be here all week...don't forget to tip your waitress...)

Wouldn't that require the coach to read the directions on how to put it in?

RULING: Technical foul. Changing a lightbulb is not a valid reason to get out of his seat per rule 10-5-1.

It can't be done. No head coach could do that alone. Since changing a lightbulb is not a reason for an assistant coach to stand up, the lightbulb will never get changed. If you think about it, that's OK because coaches are used to being in the dark.

Peanuts

Linus Van Pelt should have been an official. His sister Lucy should have been a coach.

Linus: It is better to light one tiny candle than to curse the darkness.

Lucy: You stupid darkness!!

Coach wouldn't change the bulb, he'd blame the officials for not bringing candles.

Unhappy

Gee- not one post about the coach "reaching" for a new bulb. Or dropping the old one "over the back".

I do know it would take at least 3 seconds.
