What they really need to compare the referees is the average winning percentage for the school for all games. If it's then say 75% you can see what refs are above and below that number.

Someone had a lot of time to make the entire site. But you know all of these statistics could be in some major database and they just pull out different facts which really wouldn't be too hard, just entering it all in is all.
