Since someone else started a shoe topic I thought to myself, "hey let's double the fun and have two!"

What do you fellas recommend for removing those scuffs and scratches from my black patent leather shoes?

I've never had patent leather, but I think they've had this discussion recently over on the baseball board - you may want to head over and check that out.

ahh... a topic i actually know something about... i worked in a shoe store similiar to footlocker, finish line etc... a couple years back. They actually make a cleaner specifically for these types of shoes. It is made by Sof Sole and (at least used to come) in a red cannister. Hope that helps

Mitch

Smile

The last patent leathers I had were: white loafers, black alligator loafers, and beige loafers. Man, they looked great with my leisure suits, too. I was also really skinny back then! I know many of you guys love the patents, but I can't do it. Every time I see patent leather I remember how long it's been since I wore them... and it makes me feel old!

brainbrian, Why don't you get really brave and start a thread on belts vs no belts?
