I surfed. That 0% only referred to a specific coupla years. His overall graduation rate doesn't seem to be that bad. Of course, you do have to factor in that some of his people graduated with majors like Underwater Polevaulting.
How come the Cincy prez wants Huggy gone so bad? She's trying to get rid of him. What's the scoop?
