anyone know where i can find an nba rule book on-line and/or a nba official's mechanics book?

Attend an NBA or pro camp or work a city Pro Am league. You will get the Rule Book, Case Book, and Officials manual. Also you can join the IPABOA (International Association of Pro Am Basketball Officials) and they will send them as part of your membership. I know my Pro league assignor orders them from the league office.

ProAm leagues are basically just rec leagues in major cities. Take the "pro" part with a grain of salt. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
