Need Nov 2004 issue of Referee Magazine

If anyone has the Nov 2004 issue of referee magazine which has the article about pay rates for basketball officials across all states, I would love to see it. I don't need the whole magazine, just a copy of that particular article.

I once called and asked if I could buy just one copy of a specific issue and they said they'd send it to me for free. I don't know if they still do that or not, but you could try if you wanted the whole magazine.
