In the Arizona-Oklahoma St game, the defender had no chance to stay with Stoudamire when he used that "crossover" dribble to get himself open for that game-winning shot.... did anyone think that was palming the ball?

I agree, I thought the same thing throughout the game on some of his"crossover" moves.

They showed that replay again last night and that was the first time I saw that angle. Had he of not carried the ball, I don't think he could have got the ball past the D's hand. I think he got away with one.
