Speaking of FT Mechanics

[Almost Always Right]

I know that FT mechanics are not something we all concentrate on a great deal but at the end of the FT we turn up our focus because the bodies start flyin' in on rebounds and what not.
My question is - Does anyone go against regular mechanics and look at their same side for violations? I know we look at our same side for fouls so I was wondering if anyone just takes their same side for violations as well.
Just curious.
