Sample Officiating Resume

Help! I need to write my basketball officiating resume and I need an example of what it should look like. I can't find a sample resume online anywhere. Does anyone have one they can email me or know of a site that has an example on it? If you have one can you email it to me at [email protected]

The September 2004 issue of "Referee" magazine had a good article on how to write an Officiating Resume. I tried accessing it from their webpage to provide you a link to the story, but apparently the back issue isn't available just now. If you have friends who are subscribers, check with them. If not, let me know....I'll contact you via your email address and you can let me know a snailmail address and I'll mail you a photocopy.
