Foul away from shooter, ball in air

Situation: Player A1 shoots 3-pointer, B1 fouls A2 near basket, say pushing for rebound. Basket is good, foul is called, ball given to team A near location of foul, no free throws (unless in bonus situation)?

What if shot is missed?

Same situation, but A2 fouls B1. Shot is made, what happens?

Same situation, but A2 fouls B1. Shot is made, what happens?

Situation 1: Count 3-points and it's A's ball, throw-in nearest spot of the foul. If the shot is missed, no basket, A's ball nearest spot of the foul.

Situation 2: Count 3-points and it's B's ball nearest the spot of the foul. Unless there is bonus, then B1 shoots.
