In the associations & conferences that I work, it is the entire "crews" fault if there are not the proper number (2 or 3) of officials to work a game. You might want to consider adding that to your weekly to-do-list.

that is a more professional way to do things and we dont do that. i will bring it up in our meetings though, thanx
