Okay, I had this happen last night -

A1 attempts a dunk during warmups and miss the dunk but pulls down the rim and it snaps back. We start the game off with a "T". Now, my question is, do the coach lose his Box and have to sit the rest of the game?

Yep. It's an indirect on the HC.

Pre-game dunk is an indirect T on him (the coach). Also, counts towards the player's 2 T's for disqualification, 5 personal fouls for disqualification, and towards the team foul count.
