Talking

Hi guys and girls

I been reading a lot on this forum all kind of things.
Because I am new to refering language there is a lot of short words like POI, IMO, etc. That I don't understand what they stand for. I been able to firguere out some of them.

Is it there a list of all this short words some where in the forum or specific place? If not could someone make a list and posted some where in the forum to keep it there for all the new referee that for sure will not have any idea of what this short words mean?.

Thank you
Reyes

I think a lot of the words used are not basketball specific. They are just forum "short hand."

POI is basketball specific and it stands for Point Of Interruption

IMO - In My Opinion
IMHO - In My Honest Opinion
JMO - Just My Opinion
LOL - Laugh Out Loud

I'm sure others will add.

TITM - Tomegun Is The Man Just Kidding!

I thought about this one when I first saw it and finally figured out (duh!) that it is being used mostly at the start of a sentence and it is a captial "I" vice L. IOW = In Other Words.
