I agree with what you're saying. However, your comparison doesn't quite hold in this sitch. OverAndBack is more like a whistleblower in a corrupt precinct. It's not that we're protecting the "bad" refs, just agreeing with OAB that trying to bust a bad 'un might have consequences. There are lots of parts of the country where there's only one reffing group and if you split on it, you're done. That's a tough choice for a new addict.
