I have 03 book!

Team control foul on A, illegal screen, B is in the bonus.

Are we shooting free throws?

P says the rule was only in effect in 03 for a trial basis.

Can someone quote me the rule or give me a ruling please!

Don't have my book in front of me at the moment, so I can't quote the AR page #, but you never shoot free throws on a team control foul...

The rule has been adopted. No free throws for team control fouls in all levels of NCAA.
