One of the things I have always had trouble with is keeping the arrow in my head. Recently someone posted a suggestion that instead of count in your head "1 one-thousand, 2 one-thousand..." to say "1 green arrow, 2 green arrow..." (or the appropriate color).
I used that last Friday night in my game and this last weekend in the rec games. I WORKED GREAT! Never had it wrong. Just to be safe during my experiment I would check myself with the arrow and was right 100% of the time.
When I read the suggestion, I thought "DUH, why didn't I think of that?" Whoever posted that suggestion, thanks...it works like a charm.
If anyone else has a tool like that, please share them.
