Nope. If a coaching box is used, the 28' line is the far end of the coaching box. This line that's painted for the end of the box is supposed to be off the court and 2" wide. Rule 1-13-2.

The old mid-court area lines used for the "lack of action" rules were painted on the court and were 3' long.
